Our mission staff work weekdays providing services for our guests. They offer laundry services, showers, coffee, food (pastries, cereal, etc.), and clothing. Staff also interact with community members to build relationships and evaluate their needs. Volunteers can provide additional engagement by spending time in our community.
Washington Street Mission staff serve local churches in the Springfield area by providing volunteer opportunities. The mission seeks to unify the church towards making a profound impact by sharing the love of Jesus in word and deed.
